I'm really surprised about what has happened to Profit Gears. Here is the last update:

Dear Members,

We will start this newsletter from where we left in the 

previous one. We mentioned that "We strongly believe 

that no program can be successful without the support 

of the members." We still believe in same. 

We have few members who have posted in forums that they 

have been deceived as they could not understand the program 

when they joined and upgraded. 

Isn't it correct that one should never join a program without 

first reading and understanding it. The site was pretty clear 

from day 1 about the Gears and it was no way a HYIP. Even if 

some people felt that the information provided out there is 

not enough, then they should have first inquired further 

details instead of simply putting their hard earned money 

with confusion. We are all responsible for our own actions 

and no one else. 

We have a clear policy on refunds which is mentioned in FAQs 

as well :

"CAN I GET A REFUND AFTER I BOUGHT SHARES? 

You are making an advertising purchase. All advertising credits 

are awarded instantly. We do not guarantee earnings. We offer 

no refunds to clients as all sales are final."

We have been contacted by one promoter who has asked to provide 

a mass refund. We are trying to determine if this is a small few 

because we have received refund requests from even less than 10 

members so far. 

We are here to be fair and honor the terms on our website. We 

want to run a great program for you, but ultimately it is your 

decision as members. Without the majority support, it is not 

feasible for ProfitGears to be a success. 

Therefore, we are coming out with a 24 hour refund period starting 

now, during which you will be given an opportunity to apply for 

refunds. By applying for a refund you agree that you will be 

receiving no more than 80% of the funds deposited by you and 

would accept the refund as full and final settlement of your 

ProfitGears account and your account would belong to admin 

thereafter and that you shall have no dispute with respect 

to the settlement going forward. The amount already withdrawn 

will be deducted from the same. The above is, of course, 

subject to the funds not getting locked by any of the Payment 

Processors we are using.

Any refund request sent through Support Ticket will not be 

processed. You must apply through the below mentioned link

We are here with clean intentions and consider you, the members, 

as the people who should decide the way forward for ProfitGears. 

The refunds would be paid, subject to above, to all members who 

apply and thereafter the way forward for the remaining members

So after this email you have to carefully thing about what you are going to do:

Keep working with Profit Gears or ask for a refund. I'm not going to keep working with it as I'm sure that most of the membership will leave: no members, no money. 

If you have put funds into Profit Gears I suggest you ask for a refund using the link provided and look for something else...

This is not a good start... I thought they had delayed the launch to keep us free from stuff like this but as you can see "shit happens".

Anyway after just one day we can not tell anything about a program only time will tell if this is going to work properly or not.

Referral commissions are very clear......
You receive referral commissions down 4 levels AFTER a position leave G1......
So many commission are not showing as yet as referral positions must move from  G1 to G2 before the commissions are credited....once they have moved, the referral commissions are paid.

 

4% Deposit and 3% withdrawal fees as customary with these type of programs as The program will not absorb these fees but pass this expense on to the member.... Percentages vary from program to program but most have some sort of withdrawal And deposit fees.

 

40% repurchase rule is to prevent people from simply taking all of the money out Of the system like they are used to doing and again that is something that has been  Implemented many time in many programs...sometimes it's even 50%
This has it’s pros and cons but it generally accepted that it’s better at stabilizing a Program early on.

 

Q. Is a straight line cycler ?
That's not confirmed and no one really knows; It could be a straight line, it could be a 2x2 or it could be some sort of system that They are using that when they receive enough revenue then the release a certain amount  Of positions....no one knows for sure and so no judgement can be passed on this until It is fully understood.

 

What is pretty much understood is that a program cannot pay 2% daily indefinitely  Without some measures put into place....some say outside income ( that never happens so that's always a lie ), some just run the program until it eventually runs out of money ( those who want a program like that don't need
To look far as they are numerous ) and some like this one are trying to regulate the flow of money in a particular way where they can realistically pay out the 2% daily for 60 days just like they say with money in the system.

 

Q: People could be stuck in Gear 1 forever
The program is just over a day old and these sorts of judgements/comments are being made... No wonder most programs fail... The fairer thing to do would be to wait to see how the program  actually works ( how it was designed and structured to work ) instead of listening to unfounded comments about positions being stuck in G1 indefinitely as this can never be a fair comment to make when the program is just over 24 hours old and many positions have already moved to G3 and many people have been paid and have been repurchasing.

 

Q:We need a thorough explanation of what drives Gear 1.

I tend to agree with this as it would greatly help people to I guess appreciate ( either like it or hate it ) whatever is going on here rather than make baseless accusations/assumptions. Not sure a thorough explanation will be given though.... This is at the admins discretion.

 

Q: We are guaranteed "up to" 0.5%. So we can only have the 2% Only when we cycle G1 ?

What's wrong with up to 0.5% daily until such time that the positions are released and pass through G2 to G3.... If this program was a month old and this comment was being made having had positions in G1 for 30 days.... But again, it's just over 24 hours old so honestly...give the program a chance.

So Profit Gears has finally launched :)

Firstly I want to thank all of my usual list members who are very loyal and have joined with me as well as all new members to our online family.

This is going pretty crazy so far! Those of you who want to build quickly and want to also use your account balance as well to re-purchase new shares can do so as well.

Specifics on how these Gears work together:

Gear 1: Each position bought or re-purchased earns up to 0.5% Daily while in Gear 1 (Proprietary Math Gear)

Gear 2: Each share that enters Gear 2 receives a $1.50 Instant Bonus plus 1 Free Share which goes on to itself earn from Gears 2 and 3 but not from gear 1

Gear 3: Shares move swiftly from Gear 2 into Gear 3 where these shares then earn 2% Daily for 60 Days (No Restarts Necessary)

The obvious question would be what determines movement out of Gear 1 .....This has been said to be a mathematical formula but experience in the fields would suggest that it would have to do with share totals purchased at any given time.

Either way, there will be a more controlled and structured approach to this program which has already sparked major interest with all of the big players, which in turn means that the program has great support and volume moving forward, which is essential for it's success.
Those positions that have already reached Gear 3 will earn 2% daily from tomorrow. This rebate will be awarded 24 hours after the share reached Gear 3. The daily rebate for gear 1 will be added 24 hrs from the time of purchase.

I just joined Profit Gears and as usual I want to start a dedicated blog just for this opportunity :) 

Here is an example about the income plan copied from the website. I don't know exactly how the pay plan works but here it goes:

Let's say you need Ad credits for your website, so you purchase $300 Shares ($3 x 100 Shares = $300). Your shares' journey may be similar to the Example below:
(Variable: Earnings depend on Daily Revenue Share earned during the time spent in Gear 1)

Gear 1

•     10 shares| $ 30 @ .485% (averaged*) x 24 days spent in Gear 1= $3.49

•     50 shares| $150 @ .485% (averaged*) x 25 days spent in Gear 1= $18.18

•     40 shares| $120 @ .485% (averaged*) x 26 days spent in Gear 1 = $15.13

*Daily Revenue Share has been averaged for this Example as the members earn up to .5% daily. Days spent in Gear 1 will vary from 1 day or more before shifting to Gear 2. Your Share will only be earning in ONE Gear at a time. Once it moves to Gear 2, it no longer gets credited up to .5% daily.

Gear 2

When your Share enters Gear 2, it immediately earns $1.50 and you also earn a Bonus Share. In above Example, on entering Gear 2, the earnings would be:

•     100 Shares @ $1.50= $150

•     BONUS: 100 Shares x $3.00 per Share = $300

These Bonus Shares are eligible to all earnings & bonuses in Gear 2 and 3. These are NOT eligible for Daily Revenue Share earnings in Gear 1.

Gear 3

•     100 Shares| $300 x 2% x 60 days (Share Retires after 60 days)= $360

•     In this Example, the potential earnings are: $546.80 + BONUS: 100 Shares x $3.00 per Share = $300 VALUE
